I’m Amanda, the person behind Moving Mindset Counselling

I am a registered clinical counsellor with more than a decade of experience. I have worked in frontline settings, institutions and Indigenous communities, specializing in addictions, trauma and brain injuries.

I am compassionate, humorous and direct.

My style is straight forward and solution focused with an emphasis on life context and how it influences some of our present experiences.
